About children situation, Mali counts two hundred miles (200000) street children, minor delinquents, hard-working children, orphans, beggars and those that are in conflict with the law or victims of abuse, exploitation and carelessness, 12077 of which only are taken care by specialized institutions. As all the African countries, Mali is not in rest of the numeric fracture. Indeed, the science of the data processing is very expensive and less developed in Mali. Training in single software in data processing varies among $50 US and $400 US. A computer costs at least $1000 US and $1600 US at most, in a country where the income by inhabitant is of 320 US dollars. More than 75% of the Malian executives have not the mastery of the computer tool. Less than 4% of the population has access to the Internet and less than 10% of the pupils and students have access to the Internet. One hour of connection with Internet costs about 1 dollar US.

On the social plan, Mali is a country of peace and solidarity, because it kept traditional values which make that Mali is a big country of customs and traditions. Mali is also a big tourist country with the presence of four places of interest classified as World Patrimony of the Humanity; they are: the city of Timbuktu, the Old Towns of Djenné, the Tomb of Askia, the Land of the Dogons, except these four sites there are still several very important places of interest.
